Q. Is it really only $865.00/ US$16.00?
A. Yes. There is no set-up fee or commitment
required until November 30, 2003. It's only JA$865.00 (US$16.00)
per month..
Q. What do I get for $ 865.00?
A. You get unlimited access to the Internet
at speeds up to 56K, one (1) email account, and FREE technical
support everyday day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
Q. Is access really unlimited?
A. For Non-commercial use, you may stay connected
as long as you want. There is no additional charge at any
time. However, you will be disconnected after 15 minutes of
inactivity between your PC and our Servers.
Q. What forms of payment are accepted?
A. We accept Keycard, Visa and MasterCard.
Payment may also be made using Tele Midas and Tele Scotia
as well as paymaster.
If your
account is deactivated due to a late payment, there will be
a $179.40 reactivation charge. All reactivation charges must
be paid in full before your account will be reactivated.
Q. Will you sell my name or other personal information?
A. NEVER.
We highly value the privacy of our customers.
Q. What operating system platforms do you support?
A. We support MAC 8.6 and above, and Windows
95 and above. You will also need a modem and a phone line.
Q. What are your terms of your User Agreement?
A. Our User Agreement can be viewed anytime by clicking here.
Q. What is the difference between Anbell.Net and other
local providers?
A. We offer a lower price for unlimited service.
We also support the latest V.92 modems which offer several
great features such
as modem on hold and faster logons.
Q. Will I be able to use my old email address?
A. Anbell.Net will give you a new user id
and email address. If you use hotmail, yahoo or other web
based mail, you may continue to use that email address. If
your email address was given to you by your old ISP, then
you will not be able to use that address.
Q. There's only one phone number for my area. Will I
get busy signals?
A. We constantly monitor our equipment to
add lines as needed. You should have a low occurrence of busy
signals.
Q. Do you monitor or record the websites I visit?
A. No.
Q. What is a username or user id?
A. The username or user id is the first part
of your email address. It is also the name you will use to
logon to the internet with Anbell.Net.
Q. Ok, this all sounds great, what's the catch?
A. What's the catch? There is no catch. This
is what we do. It is our goal to provide you with the very
best internet service at the lowest price.
