A. Yes, it is possible for you to pay by cheque. Check with our customer service representatives for details on conditions.

Q. Will I get a statement each month?
A. Customers will receive an invoice by email. Credit card customers will receive an email via the primary email account.

Q. What if I sign up and decide to unsubscribe before the month is up?
A. The minimum billing period is one month at JA$865.00 or US$ 16.00

Q. How do I change the credit card number on my account?

Q.Why should I use my credit card?
A. Using your credit card is both the safest and most reliable way of handling your monthly billing. We use a secure site to accept your payment information to protect you, also with automatic billing, you never have to worry about a mail delay or remembering to write and send us a cheque every month.

Q. When will my credit card be charged?
A. It will be charged on the day you signup, then every month on the same day. The monthly charge is recurring until you cancel your service with Anbell.Net.

Q. Will I be charged GCT?
A. Yes, unless you are an exempt organisation we charge GCT on Internet access charges.
