Calling plans which offer unlimited outbound calling are restricted to domestic users, whose expected average monthly usage does not normally exceed 1,000 minutes of outbound calls.
ePhone subscribers on these plans, are expected to have monthly outbound usage, not exceeding 1,200 minutes, in order to be considered residential users, as outbound usage exceeding that level, is typically considered as abuse.
Users exceeding this level may be automatically reassigned to a pay-as-you-go calling plan, under which each call is charged at the per-minute rate.
