| ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS |
1. |
Regular inspection and assessment of store location so as to ensure strong retail presence with requisite merchandising and branding standards being met at all times. |
2. |
Maintains appropriate stock levels and ensures proper record keeping of all inventory impacting activities. |
3. |
Directs compliance of team members with established customer service policies, procedures and standards. This covers all aspects of customer interaction – telephone contact or face-to-face interactions. |
4. |
Processes all sales transactions on Point of Sale software and customer payments in keeping with set operational procedures. |
5. |
Oversees the safekeeping of company property and funds. |
6. |
Opens and Closes the retail store in keeping with set operational procedures. |
7. |
Also responsible for equipment returns due to warranty issues. |
8. |
Ensures that the facilities and equipment at the branch are in good working order and condition. |
9. |
Conforms to all reporting deadlines and formats. |
10. |
Performs other related duties as assigned. |

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: |

• At least 4 years experience in customer service.
• At least 5 CXC/O'Level Subjects including Mathematics & English.
• Strong communication, problem resolution and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• High level of Computer literacy.
• Strong team building attributes and motivational skills.
Certificate of related Supervisory Training preferred |
