Senior Customer Service Representative (For Montego Bay)

Directs and controls all aspects of the day to day retail store operations including sales, customer service, inventory management, accuracy of daily transactions, in-store merchandising, and staff motivation. Accountable for all aspects of “team” performance and directly responsible for supervision of the CSRs. Coordinate the development and support of highly-trained, quality-driven customer service personnel. Performance standards include meeting minimum quantitative goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1.

Regular inspection and assessment of store location so as to ensure strong retail presence with requisite merchandising and branding standards being met at all times.

2.

Maintains appropriate stock levels and ensures proper record keeping of all inventory impacting activities.

3.

Directs compliance of team members with established customer service policies, procedures and standards. This covers all aspects of customer interaction – telephone contact or face-to-face interactions.

4.

Processes all sales transactions on Point of Sale software and customer payments in keeping with set operational procedures.

5.

Oversees the safekeeping of company property and funds.

6.

Opens and Closes the retail store in keeping with set operational procedures.

7.

Also responsible for equipment returns due to warranty issues.

8.

Ensures that the facilities and equipment at the branch are in good working order and condition.

9.

Conforms to all reporting deadlines and formats.

10.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

 

•  At least 4 years experience in customer service.
•  At least 5 CXC/O'Level Subjects including Mathematics & English.

•  Strong communication, problem resolution and interpersonal skills.
•  Effective time management and organizational skills.
•  High level of Computer literacy.
•  Strong team building attributes and motivational skills.

Certificate of related Supervisory Training preferred

Accountant
The incumbent will report to the Finance Manager and should at least meet the following qualifications, experience and skills criteria:
  • General Ledger Accounting
  • Preparation of Financial Statements
  • (Including working paper support)
  • Supervision of Accounting Staff
  • Accounts Payable/Recievable
  • Payroll
  • Working knowledge of Peach Tree Accounting System
  • Excel, Microsoft word
  • Strong communication, problem resolution and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • High level of Computer literacy.
  • Strong team building attributes and motivational skills
