NetVoice Broadband Telephony is the future of telephone Service!

NetVoice is a service that allows residential and small business customers to use a standard telephone and a broadband Internet connection to make and receive phone calls at incredibly low rates, by offering a variety of flexible plans and advanced service features.

Q What are the start-up costs?
A Standard NetVoice service costs only US$40 initially, plus the cost of your desired calling plan.

Q How much does NetVoice cost monthly?
A Unlimited monthly plans which give the best value for money start at US$24.99 per month.

Q Can I use this service with my Dial-Up internet account?
A No NetVoice requires a Broadband/High Speed connection to the internet for the following reasons:

1) NetVoice requires a higher bandwidth than Dial-Up speeds can facilitate to ensure a high sound quality on voice calls.

2) A primary benefit of NetVoice is the ability to receive incoming calls as with a standard landline, and this requires a constant connection to the internet.

3) NetVoice hardware is not designed to interface with standard landline connections.

Q Do incoming calls count against my monthly minutes?
A With NetVoice, incoming calls are never counted on any unlimited plan. You also never pay a fee for Outgoing toll free or NetVoice to NetVoice calls, and Incoming calls are always free with NetVoice.

Q Can I switch between rate plans?
A Yes. NetVoice lets you switch to a new plan at any time. Depending on when you choose to switch you plan, you may be refunded a prorated portion of your unused account balance. This prorated amount will then be applied to the cost of your new plan.

Q Can I call countries not listed in my plan?
A
Yes. Out of plan calls are allowed, but these are billed at regular per minute rates. Click here to see rates.

Q Where can I purchase NetVoice?
A NetVoice can be purchased from any Anbell Branch island wide. Just call 1-888-CONTACT( 266-8228) and we'll put you in touch with the branch nearest to you.

Q Will my number be listed?
A While NetVoice numbers will display on caller ID with NET2PHONE as the caller name ID, your NetVoice number remains private is NOT listed in ANY directory.

Q Can I select my own phone number?
A Although NetVoice allows you select the area code of the number you would like, you cannot determine the final 7 digits of your number as those are assigned automatically.

Q If I have already purchased an InnoMedia hardware device abroad, can I transfer to Anbell NetVoice service?
A Yes you can. But only if the device was purchased overseas.

Q Can and ADSL modem work with NetVoice
A No. In order to connect to NetVoice hardware your modem must have an Ethernet (RJ45) connection. USB modems are not compatible.
